Paper: VIA — Visualizing individual actions to develop a sustainable community culture through cycling

In collaboration with investigators from several North Carolina institutions including NC State, the Center for Design Innovation, Winston-Salem State and the City of Winston-Salem, the lab just published a paper applying mobile experience to address the sustainability problem. Phones will track how citizens move through their city in previously unachieveable detail, then provide them persuasive feedback helping them commute more sustainably.
