The lab and its collaborators were recently awarded over $510,000 by the DoD to study mobile security for two years.
Mobiles are now computing's dominant form, so it's important to consider security in its mobile context. This project is an effort to understand and automate detection of insecure behavior by mobile users. Our faculty collaborators include Will Enck in Computer Science, Michael Rappa in the Institute for Advanced Analytics, and Anne McLaughlin in Psychology.
You can track our progress on this project at this site, where we already link to a couple small internal publications.
